• Test starting capbailities • Check/clean heat exchangers • Clean burners • Check electrical connections • Tighten electical connections • Check belts and pulleys • Check and adjust belt tension • Check contactors and relays • Check for proper voltage • Check voltage & amperage on motors • Examine the filter • Check for the correct air flow • Check motors and lubricate if needed • Check the accuracy of the thermostat • Check blower assembly • Check all safety and operating controls • Check the pilot thermocouple • Carbon monoxide test • Light pilot if applicable • Check flue pipe for customer and proper draft • Check fittings and furnace for gas leaks
